Tommie Nellon
A Cum Laude graduate in Electrical Engineering, Tommie Nellon literally wrote the book on solar power in California. Well versed on the NEC (National Electric Code), every so often he is invited by the State of California to help rewrite the C-46 Solar Contractors Exam for budding Solar Contractors. Since 1978, Tommie has been designing and building renewable energy projects including wind generation, solar space heating, solar hot water, but above all, solar electric systems.

Albert Laird
General Manager
Unlimited Energy of Arizona
Albert Laird is the General Manager of Unlimited Energy of Arizona, LLC. He started out as a field engineer in 1982 and has developed his skills as a subcontractor, general contractor and design-build contractor over the past twenty-six years in the construction industry.
Albert is no stranger to the solar industry. Over the last three years, he has assisted Unlimited Energy of California on several projects, including the Lemon Grove School District solar arrays, as well as China Town Library and Maxine Hall in San Francisco.
He plans to implement the design-build process into the Arizona market for photo-voltaic systems. Our goal is to set the standard for quality installations at a competitive price, assuring our customer’s satisfaction and recommendation for new business development.

Scott Hayden
We call Scott “The Great Communicator” because of his ability to take the sometimes-complicated subject of solar energy and make it simple. As a former business owner, Scott knows that customers are # 1 and his level of service consistently raises the already high standards we set for our sales staff. From the smallest home systems to some of the largest professional offices, Scott has provided solar solutions with humor, simplicity, and above all, customer service.

Rick Beaumont
Central Coast Account Manager
A California native, Rick has lived in north San Luis Obispo County for over 25 years. He is a highly valued member of the Unlimited Energy Sales Team, managing our office on the Central Coast. Rick has a background in Building Construction and Ranch Management, and has completed courses with Shell Solar, The Solar Living Institute, and Solar Energy International. He has also earned a certificate in Grid-tied PV Systems Design and Installation, and is always searching for the latest in solar technologies and environmental building techniques.

Jack Goode
Jack is the newest member of the Unlimited Energy Team. He and his family have lived in the Central Valley since 1990. He has raised his family here and has come to know this area as home. Being a Valley resident clean air has always been a concern. Solar Energy, a clean renewable resource, has always been a strong interest of Jack’s. Jack comes to Unlimited with over 24 years of business management and sales skills. He sees Solar as the step in the right direction for the future and being a Valley resident knows there are few places in the world where Solar would work better than right here in our own back yard! Jack and his family are outdoor enthusiasts. When he is not helping customers he is somewhere outdoors with his family enjoying all the wonderful things the Fresno area has to offer.

Matthew Potter
Matt is a newer member of the sales team. Cycling, flying, and dother
outdoor pursuits are a big part of Matt's off-work life. A quick
learner, Matt can give detailed explanations of everything you'll need
to know when choosing a Photo-Voltaic (PV) system. His love of the
industry is contagious and he pushes all those around him to an
excellent job. Matt won't be satisfied until California is covered with
PV systems.

Seth Tilley
Seth Tilley has experience with sustainable
building projects and for the past couple of years has pursued a career in
sustainable energy. He created and manages an investment group that
purchased a portion of a cellulosic ethanol start-up company. Seth joined
Unlimited Energy in the Fall of 2006 and has brought with him a welcome
infusion of energy and excitement. Seth was born and raised here in
Fresno, CA. He is a UCLA graduate with a degree in psychology, a minor in
accounting and a specialization in business administration. Seth does not
consider himself a salesman. Always honest and forthcoming with
information and conversation, potential customers feel at ease with him. He
is knowledgeable about the options available with solar and the intricacies of
the current rebate structure. He can even help an organization “go solar”
without spending any money. Seth’s specialty is working with customers to
find the best possible solar solution for their unique situation. Maybe that is
why College Community Congregational Church chose him as their vehicle to
become the first solar electric church in Fresno.

Sid came up through the ranks. Starting in the construction industry twenty years ago, Sid knows the inside of your house as well as anyone. After a five year stint in management at Home Depot, Sid joined Unlimited Energy about 2 years ago and quickly showed his stuff. Sid is our Install Manager and Systems Designer.

Janet McElroy
This is where the rubber hits the road. As Office Manager, Janet runs
a tight ship. She has to. The business has grown very rapidly these
past years. And Janet is holding the reins. Anything to do with
purchasing or payments, she has the final call. She has a long career
in office management and knows her stuff. Call Janet to arrange meetings
with Tommie or the rest of the staff.

Jacqueline Tafoya
Jacqueline's background is in Medical billing. She worked at the Cancer
Center for two years before joining us in the Spring 2006. Right hand
to Janet McElroy in our office, Jacqueline shares most of the duties
with her. If something in the office can't be found just ask Jacqueline
where it is...she knows...exactly!

Gregory Melancon
As Human Resources Manager, Gregory is in charge of keeping well
trained and hard working installers out in the field. He is in charge
with our on-going training for field personnel. Recently, Gregory has
been the training and hiring liaison for new employees from Fresno's
West Side Coalition. Unlimited Energy has always been seen as a leader
in installations in the PV field. One of the reasons for our leadership
has been Gregory. He cliams to be the love child of Mohammed Ali and a
mysterious woman from Morocco!
